Job Description

Lead design, development, and deployment of GenAI-powered enterprise applications leveraging LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, Gemini).

Oversee prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and embedding-based search solutions.
Manage projects spanning summarization, content generation, chatbots, copilots, document understanding, and personalization use cases.
Integrate GenAI solutions with enterprise systems and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
Utilize AI/ML platforms and tools including LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face Transformers, Pinecone, FAISS, and Weaviate.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to define problem statements and GenAI architectures.
Ensure responsible AI practices governance, bias mitigation, explainability, and traceability are embedded in solutions.
Lead technical discussions with clients and mentor junior team members.
Contribute to development of GenAI accelerators, assets, and intellectual property within Deloitte s AI practice.
Support pre-sales, solutioning, and proposal development related to GenAI offerings.

Required Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related fields.

Experience:

12+ years in AI/ML, data science, or related roles, with 3+ years hands-on experience in Generative AI, LLMs, or NLP solutions.
Proven experience managing teams and delivering AI-driven enterprise solutions.
Strong expertise in statistical analysis, machine learning, deep learning, and analytical models (e.g., marketing mix models, segmentation, demand forecasting).
Experience deploying AI/ML and GenAI solutions on cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP
