ey Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions.

- Focus on outcome-based management, ensuring projects are completed on time and meet business objectives.

- Foster a culture of servant leadership, empowering team members to take ownership and grow their skills.

- Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the team.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and achieve project goals.

- Ensure the performance, security, and scalability of applications.

- Implement best practices for software development, including CI/CD, testing, and automation.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any issues.

Required Experience:

- 9+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2+ years in a management role.

- Strong background in software development, preferably with experience in Java, Spring Boot, and Kafka.

- Proven track record of leading teams to deliver successful projects.

- Experience leading international teams.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

- Experience with Agile methodologies and practices.

- Understanding of microservices architecture and cloud-native development.

- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices.

- Background in working within a product delivery environment.

Hands-on experience in modernization from legacy to Microservices.
Hands-on experience in migration from Legacy (Sql ) databases to Nosql.
Ability to fully understand business goals and metrics, turn data into insights, and translate requirements into actionable analysis
Able to present and communicate technical concepts in a clear and concise manner
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, supported by excellent written and oral communication
Exhibit a strong work ethic and technical thought-leadership

Preferred Experience:

- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.

- Knowledge of security best practices in software development.

- Experience with infrastructure as code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
