Leveraging your 8-12 years of experience, you will spearhead the design, development, and delivery of high-quality solutions that align with the company's technological vision.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers to achieve project goals and deliverables.
• Define and drive the technical roadmap for engineering projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of engineering solutions.
• Provide strategic direction in the adoption of new technologies and tools to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Oversee the planning and execution of software development projects from inception to completion.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in software engineering.
• Monitor and optimize system performance to meet scalability and reliability requirements.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks to ensure successful project delivery.
  

Skills Required

• Proficiency in Java development with a deep understanding of core concepts and best practices.
• Experience in Kafka development for building scalable and resilient real-time data pipelines.
• Familiarity with Aerospike for high-performance NoSQL database applications.
• Expertise in Solr development for creating efficient search solutions.
