Engineering Head
Leadership position responsible for overseeing sheet metal product design, development, and production, ensuring quality, managing budgets and resources, and driving process improvements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
10+ years of experience in sheet metal production, manufacturing management, or product engineering
Industry Type: Preferred from Scaffolding
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in CAD/CAE software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) for design and analysis.Strong knowledge of sheet metal fabrication processes, including cutting, bending, welding, and stamping.
Experience with DFM/A (Design for Manufacturability/Assembly), APQP, PPAP, FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis), and control plans.
