Job Description

As the Engineering Head, you will be responsible for leading engineering and cloud transformation programs within the organization. Your role will involve setting up agile programs, ensuring efficient product delivery, implementing engineering transformation initiatives, developing tooling strategies, managing contract and change processes, and overseeing governance practices. The ideal candidate for this position should have a strong background in Agile Program Setup and a proven track record of successfully leading engineering and cloud transformation programs. You should possess a deep understanding of product delivery processes, engineering best practices, and tooling strategies. Additionally, experience in contract and change management, as well as governance, will be essential for this role. Candidates with a notice period ranging from immediate to 90 days will be preferred for this position. The required educational qualifications for this role include a BE, B.Tech, ME, or M.Tech degree. The location for this position is flexible and can be based in Bangalore, Hyderabad, or Chennai.
