Your expertise in Robust Product development, R&D, Design for X, Lean Manufacturing, and Agile/Scrum methodologies will be essential in driving success. In your profile, you will support clients in Digital continuity Strategy, R&D transformation, New product introduction (NPI) process management, IT-Architecture & -specification, project management, change management, and rollout. With 5-8 years of overall experience and at least 1 year in consulting, you will excel in requirements gathering, design, optimization, and implementation of business processes in product development or R&D within the Aerospace & Defence Domain. Your background in analysing As-Is Engineering Processes, methods, and tools for modernization and efficiency improvement will be highly valued. Experience or familiarity with PLM Tools such as 3DX, Siemens Teamcenter, PTC Windchill, and implementing large-scale engineering transformations programs will be advantageous. You should be well-versed in business process mapping techniques and tools such as Visio, SAP Signavio, and Celonis. Your ability to elicit high-level business requirements, document user stories, perform fit gap analysis, create roadmaps, milestones, and detailed functional specifications will be essential for success in this role. Your Role The goal of the Engineering Digital Transformation lead will be to apply his expertise in the growing Engineering and Plant Operations segment in the Industrial manufacturing and Aerospace Industry.
