1. Responsible for supervising the shift activities of the production floor.
2. Minimizing performance bottlenecks for achieving high productivity with maximization of men, material & machine.
3. Preparation of daily & weekly shift schedule to meet the production requirement.
4. To ensure systematic and proper running of equipment's for full targeted output.
5. Responsible for Manpower planning and motivating the entire team for higher productivity.
5. Handling and maintain the ISO/TS documents .
6. Implementation of 6s activities on the production floor.
7. Ensuring adherence to quality standards, implementing stringent quality control systems and reduce rejection level & rework.
8. Preparing production reports by applying knowledge of Kaizen, 7 QC tools etc.
Knowledge of Kaizen, KAN BAN, SPC, MSA&SMED
Knowledge of MS office & Power Point.
Knowledge of why-why analysis & OEE.
