Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Process management
: Oversee, optimize, and troubleshoot chemical processes from raw materials to finished products.
Quality control
: Conduct laboratory tests and in-process checks to ensure products meet quality standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
Safety and compliance
: Adhere to and enforce safety protocols and environmental regulations, managing the risks associated with chemical handling.
Documentation
: Maintain accurate records of production activities, test results, and equipment calibration.
Team leadership
: Supervise and train production staff, providing guidance on procedures and safety protocols.
Problem-solving
: Analyze issues, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions to improve process efficiency and product quality.
Continuous improvement
: Suggest and implement improvements to test procedures and production methods.

Preferred candidate profile

Must be from API background.

B.Sc/ M.Sc/ B.Tech/ Diploma (Chemical)

Experience: 3 years and above
