Job Description

Metallurgy Lab - Engineer Qualification Qualification : Diploma in Metallurgy (4 Year Min.) / B.E Metallurgy (2 Years) Designation : Engineer Process Competency: Heat treatment process like case hardening, Hardening , Induction hardening, Induction softening, Brazing, Tempering & Annealing & etc., Metallurgy Analysis: Steel Microstructural Analysis & Inspection of raw material & Heat treated components like Hardening, Casehardening, Nitriding, Induction Hardening, Normalising , Induction Softening & Tempering and etc.., Lab Instrument Handling (Key Role) : Technically handling of Metallurgical equipment’s using Auto & Manual Micro Vickers Tester For Case Depth Evaluation, Superficial Hardness Tester , Metallurical Micro Scope, Image Analysis software & Universal Load Testing Machines (Shear / Tensile & Compression load test) and Spectrometer for chemical testing. System Knowledge : Basic requirements of laborotory if ISO / TS16949 / NABL
