Job Title: Engineer - Sales & Service Industry: Mechanical Seals/Pumps, Chemical, Oil & Gas Experience: 4-8 years Qualification: B.E. in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Production, or Chemical Engineering Key Responsibilities: 1. Business Development - Identify and network with financially strong customers - Achieve deeper market penetration and improved market share 2. Project Management - Oversee projects and inquiries - Supply to major accounts 3. Customer Relations - Build healthy relationships with customers and business partners - Achieve business goals 4. Sales and Marketing - Handle inquiries, prepare proposals, and submit to clients - Conduct competitor analysis and market research - Generate new and repeat sales - Provide product and technical information 5. Administrative Tasks - Ensure timely collection of payments - Manage GeM portal and GST compliance Skills and Knowledge: 1. Technical Skills - Knowledge of mechanical seals/pumps - Understanding of engineering drawings 2. Business Skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong business development and sales skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team 3. Language Skills - Proficient in English (written and spoken) 4. Administrative Skills - Familiarity with GeM portal and GST compliance Other Requirements: 1. Travel: Willingness to travel across India 2. Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
