Job Title: Methods Engineer Company: Stein Seal Company (India) Private Limited Location: Dabaspet Industrial Area, Bengaluru Rural, Karnataka Job Type: Full-time, On-site Requirements: - Educational Qualification: BE in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Production - Relevant Experience: 3-5 years Job Description: As a Methods Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing efficient manufacturing processes. Your responsibilities will include: - Preparing engineering documents (PFD, FMEA, FIQP, WI) for new product development (NPD) - Preparing balloon drawings for customer 2D drawings using IPI - Managing engineering change notices for process modifications - Providing technical support to various departments - Developing new fixture concepts for process development - Maintaining product and process status through configuration management (AS 9100 & ISO 9001:2015) - Updating raw material, part numbers, bill of materials, process sheets, and special processes - Creating and maintaining documentation for PPAP and new product development projects - Conducting reverse engineering and drafting for machine tools using CAD software Desired Skillset: - In-depth knowledge of SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and GD&T - Understanding of manufacturing processes (milling, turning, turn-mill, grinding) - Expertise in CNC machining and other manufacturing processes - Ability to plan and execute manufacturing processes efficiently What We Offer: - Competitive salary (up to INR 5 LPA) - Opportunity to work with a leading company in the industry - Collaborative and dynamic work environment
