Schindler Vietnam was one of the first foreign-owned elevator companies to start operating in Vietnam, back in 1995. It is involved in importing, installing and maintaining Schindler elevators and escalators. In 1998, Schindler started its own factory in Vietnam, which produces brackets, beams and builder’s elevators for both local and export purposes. Schindler Vietnam is headquartered in Ho Chi Minh City with branches in Ha Noi and Da Nang and representatives in Can Tho, Hai Phong and Nha Trang.
A product safety supervisor is the person who examines the Quality of Elevator / Escalator post the installation to examine the set quality standards are being met. He/she will also be responsible for conducting timely audits for elevators/escalators which are under active portfolio of the branch.
Interaction and co-ordination with the Installation personnel for conduction of SAIS test for certification of elevators (SAIS Test –Schindler Acceptance Inspection Standards) – The test is conducted for all Schindler Elevators after installation and commissioning of the elevator to certify its requirements to Schindler standards.
