Engineer - Inside Sales & Support

The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new leads utilizing various resources. You will be required to select suitable automation, electrical, and other related products to suit control requirements. Additionally, you will prepare techno-commercial offers together with BOM and System Architecture from selected products. Negotiating offers with Customers and securing orders will also be a key aspect of the role. Furthermore, you will need to co-ordinate with the Front Office Sales Team, Project Engineering Team, and Purchase Team to ensure the smooth and timely execution of orders. Inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels, creating purchase orders, and following up with vendors to ensure required deliveries will also be part of your responsibilities. Moreover, you will be expected to perform organizational working procedures on the ERP system. The qualifications required for this position include a Diploma or BE in Instrumentation & Control / Electronics / Electrical Engineering. It is essential to have a working knowledge of control systems involving PLCs, HMIs, SCADA Systems, AC VFDs, AC Servo Systems, sensors and transmitters, control devices, etc. The desired candidate should have the aptitude to work towards achieving set targets, possess good negotiation skills, and demonstrate good written and verbal communication skills. Moreover, proficiency in English, computer literacy, and skills in negotiation, sales quotation, lead generation, inventory management, techno-commercial offers, electrical products, automation products, ERP systems, inside sales, BOM preparation, system architecture, sales coordination, and communication will be advantageous for this role.,
