Engineer -Facility Management (Technical)

Location - Inkel Business Park, Angamaly, Kerala

Job Summary

We are looking for an Engineer – Facility Management (Technical) to manage and ensure smooth operations of all engineering services at Inkel Business Park, Angamaly. The role involves preventive maintenance planning, technical audits, AMC/vendor management, compliance, and driving zero downtime service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage budgets for engineering & operational contracts
• Conduct periodic technical audits for all installations
• Review maintenance/service practices of M&E contractors to ensure work quality as per OEM recommendations
• Ensure smooth operations of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) systems and related civil works
• Develop and maintain PPM schedules, checklists, logbooks, and shutdown plans in coordination with clients/OEMs
• Prepare and manage critical spares list and oversee inventory/stores
• Drive initiatives towards “ZERO downtime” and seamless client service
• Ensure compliance and statutory obligations including CEIG, Fire, Lift, STP, etc.
• Plan and administer AMCs for all engineering equipment in advance
• Set up and manage maintenance contracts for risk mitigation to client operations
• Track spare parts consumption and update operating procedures/checklists as required
• Participate in and support Client/INKEL initiatives

Required Skills & Knowledge

• Strong knowledge of DG sets, Lifts, STP, WTP, PHE, Electrical systems
• Experience in AMC handling, vendor management, inventory/stores
• Proficiency in MS Office and report preparation
• Strong communication, negotiation, and team management skills

Preferred Experience

• Facility management exposure in IT parks / hospitality / industrial environments

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
