O & M Technician/Engineer, Renewable Energy

As an O&M Technician/Engineer in the renewable energy sector based in Thiruvananthapuram, your role will involve the operation and maintenance of rooftop/ground mount solar power plants in the area. Your responsibilities will include: - Troubleshooting and repairing damaged components of the solar power plants. - Coordinating with the OEM for timely repairs/replacement of parts, routine and periodic maintenance. - Reporting and documenting maintenance activities, as well as submitting monthly reports (generation & maintenance) to clients. - Supervising construction and maintenance activities at the site. - Ensuring compliance with safety guidelines issued by the OEM and statutory authorities. Qualifications Required: - Diploma/B.Tech/B.E in Electrical Engineering with at least 2 years of relevant experience in electrical maintenance. - Proficiency in Malayalam. - Ability to reliably commute or plan to relocate to Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala before starting work.
