About the role

Name of the position: Engine Development Engineer

Educational Qualification: B.E Mech/ B.E Auto

Position Description:
Responsible for complete vehicle and powertrain development and testing.
Lead the engine development activities to achieve the performance, durability by self and lead team of junior engineers.

Roles & Responsibilities:
1) Plan Execute DV and resolve problems arising from DV
2)Achieve AQ, MBQ parameters in TQT & develop solutions for customer requirements
3)Trigger d and drive design team for the solution implementation
4) Lead team of engineers for development & testing
5) Conduct benchmark studies & application of learnings in product
6) Engine calibration exposure and hardware finalization
7)On road drivability, track testing to understand the customer problems or requirements
8) Dealing with supplier & develop technology or feature for the new engine
specific requirements.
