Job Summary

• Key Responsibilities

  Acquire new clients and build long-term business relationshipsManage and grow existing client accounts through effective engagementUnderstand client requirements and translate them into successful hiring strategiesLead end-to-end sourcing and filtering for niche and bulk requirementsBuild and maintain a strong database of candidates across technologies such as:Salesforce (SFDC)SAPOracleFull Stack (Java, .NET, MERN, AI )Database technologies (SQL, NoSQL)Use advanced sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, databases)Ensure timely closures and meet revenue and hiring targetsTrack performance metrics and ensure delivery excellence

• Required Skills & Qualifications

  Proven experience as an Engagement Manager / Account Manager / Business Development Manager/ Sourcing specialistStrong client acquisition and account management skillsDeep expertise in candidate sourcing, screening, and filteringExcellent understanding of IT skill sets including SFDC, SAP, Oracle,Full Stack,Guidware,Snowflake and DatabasesStrong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skillsTarget-driven and result-oriented approachAbility to commit for a long-term role
