Responsibilities

 

  • Organize and update data
  • Maintain data, information, and resources across different systems and platforms
  • Updating existing templates for weekly/monthly/quarterly celebrations, communications, and agency updates
  • Provide ideas and recommendation on how we could do things more efficiently
  • Additional data entry as necessary
  • Drafting communications
  • Send and update all-agency meeting holds on calendars as necessary
  • Draft and send agendas for weekly all-agency meeting
  • Compose first draft of all-agency e-mails as needed
  • Creating templates when/where necessary to streamline processes
  • Send and respond to monthly/quarterly e-mails around ongoing social and engagement activities
  • Team support
  • Provide project management-like support for internal all-agency meeting presentations
  • Work with Business Support Coordinators regarding all-agency events
  • Additional team support as needed
Qualifications

This may be the right role for you if you have.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in human resource, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:
 1 - 2 years of previous experience as an administrative assistant and/or project management-like role

  • Time management skills as there will be multiple projects and deliverables occurring at any given time.
