ROLE DISCRIPTION

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Design and develop
Redox Flow Battery systems and Lithium-ion battery packs
Conduct
R&D activities
, including material evaluation, system modeling, and performance optimization
Analyze and optimize
electrochemical, electrical, and thermal performance
of energy storage systems
Support
prototype development, testing, and validation
(efficiency, cycle life, safety, and reliability)
Evaluate battery systems for
grid-connected and renewable energy applications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve
system efficiency, safety, and manufacturability
Provide technical documentation and insights to support
scalable and sustainable energy solutions
