● Lead end-to-end EMR implementation: assessment, configuration, go-live, and support.
● Train doctors and staff on EMR usage, features, and workflows.
● Customize system modules (prescriptions, billing, inventory, teleconsultation) per client
needs.
● Support data migration and validate accuracy.
● Troubleshoot technical and workflow issues during implementation.
● Document processes and provide feedback to the product team for improvements.
● Graduate in Medicine, Nursing, Healthcare Management, IT, or related field.
● 2–3 years of experience in EMR/EHR implementation or healthcare IT projects.
● Knowledge of clinical workflows strongly preferred.
● Excellent communication, training, and project management skills.
● Strong problem-solving ability and adaptability.
