Employee Relations Manager

As a Manufacturing HR professional at EMR-G, your role will involve the implementation and monitoring of Employee Welfare policies such as Long Service Award, Meritorious Award, Diwali Gift, and Creche management. You will be responsible for handling Employee engagement initiatives like Quarterly Sports Events, Holy Yatra, Parivar Milan, and OBTs to enhance employee satisfaction.
