Employee Engagement Specialist

Role & responsibilities

• Engagement Strategy:

  Ideate,own and implement tailored employee engagement programs for different business units to improve eNPS for the organisation

• Culture Building:

  Promote a strong company culture through virtual and in-person initiatives.
• Communication & Collaboration: Facilitate effective communication channels between remote and in-office employees.

• Recognition & Rewards:

  Design and manage employee recognition programs to boost morale and motivation.

• Surveys & Feedback:

  Conduct regular employee engagement surveys and analyze feedback to improve workplace satisfaction.

• Well-being & Work-Life Balance:

  Implement wellness programs and initiatives to support employees' mental and physical health.

• Event Planning:

  Coordinate and host virtual and physical events to strengthen team bonding and collaboration.

• HR Analytics:

  Use data-driven insights to measure engagement levels and recommend improvements.

Preferred candidate profile

• Preferably Male Candidate

• Education MBA HR/

  Event Management

• Proven 2+ years experience conducting in person ,Virtual and Hybrid employee events
• Project management skills & planning
• Innovative & out of the Box thinking for

  engagement

• Experience in setting up & driving employee engagement platforms (e.g. XOXO day, Qualtrics, Slack)
• Email communication skills
• Excellent oratory and event hosting skill
• Go-getter attitude
• Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a high-volume workload often requiring short turnaround times
