Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Vadodara for an Employee Benefits Manager. The Employee Benefits Manager will oversee employee benefits administration, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. Responsibilities include managing benefit plans, liaising with insurance providers, and providing excellent customer service. The role also involves evaluating current benefit programs and recommending enhancements to meet organizational and employee needs.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Employee Benefits and Benefits.
• Strong Customer Service skills and a commitment to delivering a positive employee experience
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Familiarity with human resources management systems (HRMS) and applicable labor laws
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
• Prior experience in employee benefits or human resources is an advantage
