Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire new

    SME / Emerging Enterprise

    customers for working capital (CC/OD, TL, LC, BG).
  • Manage a portfolio of

    EEG clients

    and ensure high engagement & service delivery.
  • Generate leads through branch visits, references, and market mapping.
  • Coordinate with

    Credit, Operations, Legal, and Branch teams

    for sanctions, documentation & disbursements.
  • Handle

    renewals

    : track schedules, collect documents, and submit files.
  • Monitor

    portfolio health

    : utilization, overdue, house-keeping issues, and early warning accounts.
  • Cross-sell CASA, Insurance, Trade, Payment solutions, cards & other products.
  • Maintain call logs, CRM updates, and adhere to compliance/KYC norms.

Candidate Requirements

  • Graduate; MBA/Finance preferred.
  • 16 years experience in

    SME / Business Banking / Working Capital sales

    .
  • Strong understanding of CC/OD, TL, financial statements & SME lending.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation & relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage pressure.
