Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Acquire new
SME / Emerging Enterprise
customers for working capital (CC/OD, TL, LC, BG).
Manage a portfolio of
EEG clients
and ensure high engagement & service delivery.
Generate leads through branch visits, references, and market mapping.
Coordinate with
Credit, Operations, Legal, and Branch teams
for sanctions, documentation & disbursements.
Handle
renewals
: track schedules, collect documents, and submit files.
Monitor
portfolio health
: utilization, overdue, house-keeping issues, and early warning accounts.
Cross-sell CASA, Insurance, Trade, Payment solutions, cards & other products.
Maintain call logs, CRM updates, and adhere to compliance/KYC norms.
Role & responsibilities

Candidate Requirements

Graduate; MBA/Finance preferred.
16 years experience in
SME / Business Banking / Working Capital sales
.
Strong understanding of CC/OD, TL, financial statements & SME lending.
Excellent communication, negotiation & relationship-building skills.
Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage pressure.
