Embedded Engineer Intern (Drone R&D)

About the Role

Embedded Engineer Intern

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and test firmware for ESP32, STM32, or similar microcontrollers
  • Integrate sensors such as IMU, GPS, and barometers into embedded systems
  • Implement and optimize real-time control algorithms
  • Debug hardware, troubleshoot I/O, and refine system performance
  • Assist in circuit testing, data collection, and prototype development

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Knowledge of embedded C/C++ and microcontroller programming
  • Familiarity with ESP32, Arduino, STM32, or similar platforms
  • Understanding of communication interfaces (I2C, SPI, UART, PWM)
  • Basic knowledge of electronics, sensor integration, and debugging tools

Good to Have

  • Experience with FreeRTOS, PID tuning, or MAVLink
  • Projects related to drones, robotics, or IoT
  • Understanding of PCB design and hardware testing methods
