About the Internship

This is a hands-on, high-impact internship where you will work directly on embedded software for advanced defence applications. You’ll learn to design, optimize, and test real-time software that runs on mission-critical embedded systems deployed in the field.

What You’ll Work On

As an Embedded Software Intern, you will:

💻 Firmware Development: Write, debug, and optimize embedded C/C++ code for ARM Cortex, STM32, and ESP32 microcontrollers.

🔌 Driver & Protocol Implementation: Develop and test drivers for peripherals (UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, USB, etc.).

📡 Real-Time Systems: Work with RTOS (FreeRTOS, Zephyr, etc.) for scheduling and task management.

🤖 Integration: Collaborate with hardware, mechanical, and AI/software teams to ensure seamless system-level integration.

⚡ Optimization: Improve code efficiency for speed, reliability, and low power consumption.

Who Should Apply

We’re looking for:

• Final-year B.Tech/B.E. students or recent graduates (2025 batch) in ECE, CSE, IT, Mechatronics, or related fields.
• Availability for a full-time, 6-month, in-office internship in Hubli.
• Curiosity, strong debugging skills, and willingness to take on challenges beyond textbooks.

Skills & Tools We Value

Must-Have:

• Strong grasp of Embedded C/C++ and microcontroller programming.
• Familiarity with communication protocols (UART, SPI, I2C, CAN).
• Understanding of basic real-time systems concepts.

Bonus Points For:

• Experience with STM32, ESP32, or ARM-based controllers.
• Exposure to RTOS (FreeRTOS, Zephyr, or similar).
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, or automated testing tools.
• Understanding of control systems, robotics, or signal processing.
