About the Role:

We are seeking a Hardware Embedded Engineer to join our team at Achievers and Dreamers Technologies (A7DTech). In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing existing products and designing new hardware solutions, including circuit design, PCB development, firmware programming, and testing. This is a hands-on role where you will work across the full product lifecycle to deliver reliable and efficient embedded systems.

Responsibilities

1. Enhance and optimize existing products for performance, efficiency, and reliability.

2. Design and develop hardware circuits for new products as per project requirements.

3. Select and integrate microcontrollers, sensors, and power electronics.

4. Write and test basic firmware (C/C++) for microcontrollers and sensors.

5. Create PCB schematics, layouts, and prototypes.

6. Test, debug, and troubleshoot hardware and firmware issues Before launch

Requirements

1. B.E./B.Tech in Electronics/Electrical or related field.

2. 2–4 years of experience (or strong fundamentals for freshers).

3. Strong circuit design, PCB development, and power electronics basics.

4. Basic C/C++ for microcontrollers.

5. Familiar with UART, SPI, I²C, and test equipment.
