About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to manage online inquiries and product sales through platforms like IndiaMART and other B2B portals. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling customer communication, generating leads, and converting inquiries into sales.

This role is perfect for someone who is organized, proactive, and eager to grow within a manufacturing and distribution environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle daily inquiries received through IndiaMART and similar platforms.

2. Share product details, quotations, and follow up with potential buyers.

3.Convert leads into sales by building customer trust and providing accurate information.

4. Coordinate with internal teams (inventory, accounts, dispatch) to ensure smooth order processing.

5. Maintain proper records of leads, inquiries, follow-ups, and closures.

6. Suggest ways to improve product visibility or performance on online platforms.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B or online sales (IndiaMART experience preferred).

2. Good communication skills in English and Hindi (written & verbal).

3. Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email writing, and follow-up etiquette.

4. Familiarity with online selling processes (quotations, payments, GST, etc.).

5. Self-motivated and target-driven.

6. Experience with CRM tools or lead management systems

7. Background in electrical or hardware product sales (preferred)

8. Comfortable handling multiple inquiries simultaneously
