About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to manage online inquiries and product sales through platforms like IndiaMART and other B2B portals. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling customer communication, generating leads, and converting inquiries into sales.

This role is perfect for someone who is organized, proactive, and eager to grow within a manufacturing and distribution environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop plastic parts and product housings, ensuring manufacturability (especially injection molding).

2. Create detailed 3D models and assemblies in SolidWorks

3. Generate 2D manufacturing drawings and documentation.

4. Collaborate with the concerned teams to ensure mechanical designs integrate well with electronics and other system components.

5. Utilize 3D printing to prototype parts for functional and aesthetic evaluation.

6. Optimize designs for material use, cost, durability, and ease of assembly.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Product Design Engineering, or a related field.

2. Proven experience in product design with exposure to plastic molding (injection molding preferred).

3. Strong proficiency in SolidWorks for 3D modelling and drawing creation.

4. Working knowledge of 3D printing and prototyping techniques.

5. Basic understanding of mechanical properties of plastics and design constraints in plastic part manufacturing.

6. Exposure to embedded systems or hardware design collaboration is a plus.

7. Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
