About the Role – Embedded Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Embedded Engineer to join our cutting-edge R&D team at ElectroGlobal Solutions Pvt. Ltd. In this role, you will design, develop, and optimize embedded systems that power the next generation of smart hardware and IoT-based solutions — including our flagship Electro Global Prototyping Tool (EGPT), which is redefining the future of rapid hardware prototyping.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop embedded firmware and hardware systems for robotics, IoT, and automation applications.
• Program and interface with microcontrollers and microprocessors (ESP32, STM32, AVR, ARM, Raspberry Pi, etc.).
• Work on low-level driver development, communication protocols (UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, Modbus), and device integration.
• Develop efficient embedded C/C++ and Python-based applications for real-time environments.
• Integrate sensors, actuators, and wireless modules (Wi-Fi, BLE, LoRa, Zigbee) for IoT applications.
• Collaborate with hardware and software teams to design, test, and deploy reliable embedded systems.
• Conduct hardware debugging, testing, and validation using tools like logic analyzers, oscilloscopes, and simulators.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, schematics, and firmware release notes.
• Contribute to R&D and innovation in embedded product development and system optimization.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, or Embedded Systems Engineering.
• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in embedded firmware and hardware design.
• Proficiency in C/C++, and familiarity with RTOS-based environments.
• Experience with PCB design tools (KiCad, Altium, or Proteus) and embedded toolchains (Keil, MPLAB, Arduino IDE, etc.).
• Strong understanding of IoT architecture, edge computing, and real-time systems.
• Ability to analyze hardware-software interactions and optimize performance.
• Familiarity with version control (Git) and Agile/Scrum development processes.
• Experience with AI integration on embedded devices (TinyML, Edge AI).
• Knowledge of Linux-based embedded systems and cross-compilation.
• Prior experience in product development or hardware startups.
