Job Overview

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented IoT QA Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in IoT product validation, embedded system testing, and protocol-level communication. You will be responsible for ensuring product quality through comprehensive testing, strong collaboration, and continuous improvement across IoT-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements, define test objectives, and set clear expectations.
• Develop and execute detailed product testing plans, ensuring alignment with client requirements and project timelines.
• Independently manage the full testing cycle — from planning to final delivery — while maintaining quality and adhering to schedules.
• Communicate testing progress, challenges, and key updates to internal stakeholders and management.
• Demonstrate ownership by managing projects single-handedly and adapting to evolving project requirements.
• Coordinate closely with engineering, technical, and customer support teams for smooth execution of testing processes.
• Maintain detailed test documentation, including test cases, test plans, and issue reports.
• Ensure compliance with product and process standards through systematic validation and verification.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's graduate degree in Electronics & Communication, Electronics or relevant.
• Minimum of 2 to 4 years of practical experience in embedded/IOT product validation and testing.
• Required Knowledge of wireless communication like GPRS, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and BLE. Also required Knowledge of wired communication RS232, RS485, ethernet.
• Required Knowledge of Industrial protocols like Modbus RTU/TCP/IP, OPC UA, etc.
• Hands-on experience with Python coding and basic knowledge of Linux commands.
• Required Knowledge of cloud & mobile applications use.
• Experience with Agile and software development process methodologies.
• Strong experience with documenting test cases and test plans.
• Strong analytical skills and decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent English communication skills, verbal and written.
