Role Overview

We are looking for an Embedded Engineer who can actually build things, not just write code in isolation. This role requires end-to-end ownership—hardware interfacing, firmware development, testing, and basic troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

Embedded Software

• Develop, debug, and maintain firmware using C / Embedded C

• Work with ESP32, STM32, and Raspberry Pi

• Implement communication protocols: UART, I2C, SPI, RS232/RS485

• Develop control logic for sensors, motors, relays, displays, etc.

• Write Python scripts for testing, automation, or Raspberry Pi applications

• Optimize code for performance, reliability, and memory usage

Embedded Hardware

• Understand and work with schematics and basic PCB designs

• Interface sensors, actuators, and peripheral devices

• Debug hardware issues using multimeter, logic analyzer, etc.

• Coordinate with PCB vendors and production teams if required

• Support prototype development and production-ready designs

System-Level Work

• Work closely with mechanical and production teams

• Support testing, calibration, and validation of instruments

• Maintain basic technical documentation

• Assist in field issue analysis and fixes

Mandatory Skills (Non-Negotiable)

• Strong hands-on experience with ESP32, STM32, Raspberry Pi

• Good command over C / Embedded C

• Working knowledge of Python

• Solid understanding of microcontroller hardware

• Practical debugging skills (software + hardware)

• Ability to work independently without spoon-feeding

• Experience in industrial or pharmaceutical instruments

• Knowledge of RTOS (FreeRTOS)

• Exposure to Linux-based systems

• Experience taking a product from prototype to production
