DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER


Location: Head Office – Noida, Uttar Pradesh

Experience: 4–5 years in Digital Marketing

Industry Preference: EV, Automotive, or Consumer Durables

AMO Electric Bikes is a fast-growing EV brand dedicated to revolutionizing urban mobility through sustainable, affordable, and innovative electric mobility solutions. We're seeking a strategic and hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital efforts and drive both brand growth and D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) sales across India.


Key Responsibilities

 Lead and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies across paid, owned, and earned media to increase brand awareness and lead generation across India.

Amazon, Flipkart, GEM, Trade India,

 Plan, manage, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, etc., to maximize conversions, traffic, and ROI.

 Build and manage a robust social media strategy and online community to foster engagement and loyalty.

 Develop and execute integrated SEO/SEM, content marketing, email marketing, and influencer partnerships.

 Leverage tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, SEMrush, HubSpot, and others to analyze digital performance, track KPIs, and create actionable insights and detailed reporting.

 Align digital campaigns with product, sales, and creative teams to ensure consistency in messaging and maximize impact across consumer touchpoints.

 Conduct regular competitive and trend analysis to stay ahead in digital innovation and consumer behavior.

 Manage and coordinate with external agencies/vendors for content, media buying, platform optimization, and creative execution.

 Ensure consistent digital presence and brand messaging across all touchpoints, supporting pan-India sales initiatives.


Key Skills Required

 Strategic Digital Marketing & Campaign Execution

 Performance Marketing (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)

 SEO/SEM, Content, Email & Influencer Marketing

 D2C & Marketplace Sales (Amazon, Flipkart, GEM, Trade India, etc.)

 Data Analytics, KPI Tracking & Conversion Optimization

 Social Media Management & Community Engagement

 Digital Tools Proficiency: Google Analytics, Ads Manager, SEMrush, HubSpot, etc.

 Strong Communication, Analytical Thinking, and ROI Orientation


Educational Qualification

 Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

 MBA in Marketing or Digital Marketing preferred
