We have opening for E- Mail support for a Banking Operational Process.
We are looking for candidates who have excellent Communication skills in English & must have minimum 1year experience in customer support.
- Addressing customer queries at the correct authorization level.
- Replying back to the queries of the customer through email.
- Making sure that the guidelines on customer follow ups across social media platforms/ emails and ensure customer queries are resolved within defined turn around time.
- Making sure to meet and exceed escalation committed service levels.
Graduation is a must
Excellent verbal & written (English) skills is must
Since no cab facility, candidate should be comfortable with the location
