The Email Outreach Executive position at SSB Media, located in Gurgaon Sector-74 A, is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of compelling true crime video content for the YouTube channel Patrol Stories TV. As an Email Outreach Executive, your primary responsibility will involve contacting US police departments via email to request case-related data such as incident reports, real-life stories, and surveillance footage under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA). Your role will play a crucial part in sourcing authentic and engaging materials for our content. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and research relevant US Police Departments to acquire necessary data. - Compose and send professional emails requesting incident reports, FIRs, and case-related material. - Follow up on pending requests and maintain clear communication channels. - Organize and structure collected data accurately for use in video scripts. - Utilize CRM tools or Excel/Google Sheets to track and update request statuses. - Collaborate closely with the content and research team to curate compelling story-driven materials. - Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards when handling public data. Requirements: - A graduate in any field (Mass Comm, Journalism, Law, or English preferred). - 6 months to 1 year of experience in email communication, research, or outreach-based roles. - Proficient in email writing and professional communication. - Familiarity with CRM tools or Excel for tracking and follow-ups. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Interest in true crime, documentaries, or real-life cases is a plus.
