Key Responsibilities

• Research potential clients and create targeted contact lists
• Write and send

  personalized cold emails

  to decision-makers
• Maintain a consistent and professional communication tone in all outreach
• Track responses and manage follow-up schedules
• Coordinate with the business development team to qualify leads
• Maintain organized records of outreach activities and response tracking in Excel or CRM tools
• Ensure high accuracy and attention to detail while handling data and email content

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in

  Business, Marketing, Communication, or related field

• Strong written English and email etiquette skills
• 0–2 years of experience in

  email outreach, client communication, or lead generation

  (freshers can apply with good communication skills)
• Basic understanding of

  LinkedIn research, lead sourcing, and B2B communication

• Proficiency with

  Excel / Google Sheets

  ; experience with

  HubSpot, Apollo, or similar tools

  is a plus
• Highly organized, responsible, and able to work with minimal supervision

Preferred Skills

• Experience in

  manual cold emailing or LinkedIn outreach

• Ability to understand company services and craft relevant outreach messages
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
