Job Description

Senior Survey Programmer – Full-time | On-site (Noida)


Role Description

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Survey Programmer


Key Responsibilities


  • Program and test online surveys across platforms such as

    Confirmit

    and

    Decipher

  • Implement complex logic, validation, and skip patterns

  • Perform data quality checks and ensure survey accuracy

  • Collaborate with research, operations, and data teams to meet client timelines

  • Support fieldwork execution and monitor real-time survey performance


Qualifications


  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience

    with both Confirmit and Decipher

  • Solid understanding of Market Research survey design and logic

  • Strong programming and troubleshooting skills

  • Proficiency in data cleaning, validation, and processing

  • Excellent communication and teamwork

    abilities
  • Background in

    healthcare or consumer research

    is an advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred
