Job Title: Project Assistant Company: SSB Media Location: DLF Corporate Greens , Gurgaon Sec-74 A Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 (Performance-Based Incentives) Experience: 6 months – 1 year (Preferred) Industry: Digital Media / Content Acquisition Job Overview: We are looking for a Project Assistant (FIOA Request Specialist) who will be responsible for reaching out to US Police Departments via email to request original stories, incident reports, and footage of real-life cases. These stories will be structured and used as content for our YouTube Channel – Patrol Stories TV. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, email writing expertise, and experience with CRM software to track the request process step by step. Key Responsibilities: ● Research and identify relevant US Police Departments to request case data and incident footage. ● Draft and send professional email requests to obtain FIR reports and case-related materials. ● Follow up on pending requests and maintain proper communication with police departments. ● Organize and structure the collected data to ensure accuracy and completeness. ● Update the status of each request systematically in a CRM software to track progress. ● Ensure compliance with legal and ethical guidelines while requesting and using data. Requirements: ● Graduate degree (any field); candidates with relevant experience will be preferred. ● 6 months – 1 year of experience in a similar role (data collection, email communication, or research-based roles). ● Strong email writing and communication skills for professional interactions. ● Experience with CRM tools to log and manage data requests. ● Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple requests simultaneously. ● Ability to work independently in a remote work environment.
