Key Responsibilities:

● Research and identify relevant US Police Departments to request case data and incident footage.

● Draft and send professional email requests to obtain FIR reports and case-related materials.

● Follow up on pending requests and maintain proper communication with police departments.

● Organize and structure the collected data to ensure accuracy and completeness.

● Update the status of each request systematically in a CRM software to track progress.

● Ensure compliance with legal and ethical guidelines while requesting and using data.

Requirements:

● Graduate degree (any field); candidates with relevant experience will be preferred.

● 6 months – 1 year of experience in a similar role (data collection, email communication, or research-based roles).

● Strong email writing and communication skills for professional interactions.

● Experience with CRM tools to log and manage data requests.

● Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple requests simultaneously.

● Ability to work independently in a remote work environment.
