As a Project Assistant (FIOA Request Specialist) at SSB Media, located in DLF Corporate Greens, Gurgaon Sec-74 A, your role will involve reaching out to US Police Departments to request original stories, incident reports, and footage for content on YouTube Channel Patrol Stories TV. Your strong communication skills, email writing expertise, and experience with CRM software will be essential for tracking the request process systematically. Key Responsibilities: - Research and identify relevant US Police Departments for requesting case data and incident footage. - Draft and send professional email requests to acquire FIR reports and case-related materials. - Follow up on pending requests and maintain clear communication with police departments. - Organize and structure collected data accurately to ensure completeness. - Update the status of each request methodically in a CRM software to monitor progress. - Ensure compliance with legal and ethical guidelines while requesting and utilizing data. Qualifications Required: - Graduate degree in any field; preference for candidates with relevant experience. - 6 months to 1 year of experience in roles involving data collection, email communication, or research. - Proficiency in email writing and communication for professional interactions. - Experience with CRM tools for logging and managing data requests. - Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adept at handling multiple requests simultaneously. - Ability to work independently in a remote work setting.
