We are seeking an experienced and innovative Email Marketing and Automation Strategist to lead Email Marketing for IW (Ideal World) and SMS Marketing for both IW and TJC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing email and SMS campaigns to drive engagement, increase conversions, and enhance customer loyalty. This role requires a deep understanding of audience segmentation, marketing automation, and performance optimization.
Email Marketing (IW)
- Develop and manage end-to-end email marketing campaigns, including promotional, lifecycle, and triggered campaigns.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to craft compelling email templates that align with brand guidelines.
- Segment and personalize email lists to enhance customer engagement and drive conversions.
- Monitor email performance, generate reports, and optimize strategies based on analytics.
- Implement A/B testing to maximize open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
- Ensure email campaigns are GDPR compliant and adhere to best practices.
- Manage the email calendar for IW, coordinating with marketing and sales for timely promotions.
SMS Marketing (IW & TJC)
- Design and execute SMS marketing campaigns to engage and retain customers.
- Strategize and implement segmentation for targeted SMS blasts to drive sales and enhance brand presence.
- Monitor delivery rates, CLICK rates, and conversions for SMS campaigns.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
- Identify opportunities for automation and personalization within SMS channels.
Automation & Optimization
- Create automated email and SMS journeys, including welcome series, re-engagement, and post-purchase follow-ups.
- Leverage marketing automation platforms to optimize campaign performance and lifecycle marketing.
- Identify and execute opportunities for process improvements and automation efficiencies.
