This is a full-time position as an Email Marketing Specialist at Dynamic Market Insights, located in Pune. You will be responsible for marketing analytics, communication, lead generation, marketing automation, and utilizing email marketing software to drive strategic initiatives. Your responsibilities will include creating and implementing email marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement, sales, and retention. You will also develop creative and engaging content for emails, conduct A/B testing and analysis to optimize email campaigns, manage and segment email lists for personalized communications, collaborate with other marketing team members, and monitor and report on email marketing performance metrics. To excel in this role, you should have skills in marketing analytics and marketing automation, strong communication abilities, expertise in lead generation, proficiency in email marketing software, experience in data analysis and reporting, knowledge of digital marketing trends, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for a Graphic Designer who can translate ideas into visually stunning designs that connect with audiences. Key Responsibilities Design product packaging that reflects client branding and appeals to customers. Create impactful logos and brand identities. Develop engaging social media creatives (posts, reels, graphics, ads, stories, etc.). Design banners, flyers, posters, brochures, and other marketing materials (digital + print). Collaborate with the marketing/content team to meet client requirements. Ensure brand consistency across all projects. Requirements Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, CorelDRAW, or similar tools. Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines. Monday to friday (in office). Office Timing 11:00 am to 8 pm.
