Email Marketing Specialist

As an Email Marketing Specialist at Arrow, you will play a crucial role in creating and executing email marketing campaigns using Eloqua and other marketing automation platforms. Your primary focus will be to engage both the client base and prospect base to drive increased lead generation. You will be responsible for designing and building HTML emails, implementing best practices for email deliverability, and continuously optimizing campaign performance. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery, brand consistency, and measurable results for all email marketing initiatives is key. Your key responsibilities will include creating and managing email marketing campaigns, designing and building HTML emails, following best practices in email design guidelines, coordinating email marketing program development, managing email marketing campaigns, implementing A/B tests and delivery optimization, ensuring compliance with best practices and data privacy laws, optimizing email programs for deliverability, list hygiene, and other best practices. In addition, you will track and measure the success of content marketing efforts, monitor subscriber behavior to influence business decisions, implement segmentation and lead scoring for targeted campaigns, and analyze communications" effectiveness through comprehensive reporting. Your role will also involve providing Eloqua system expertise, acting as a point person for internal email users, providing training, creating templates, and troubleshooting problems for email marketing users. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 3 years of experience in email marketing or marketing automation, proficiency in HTML for email development and template creation, experience with segmentation and marketing program implementation, and knowledge of email deliverability best practices and compliance requirements. Certifications in Eloqua or other marketing automation platforms, experience with lead scoring and nurturing workflows, and knowledge of integrated marketing approaches across channels are preferred qualifications.
