Role Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated and creative Email Marketing Specialist to join our on-site team. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and is comfortable juggling multiple responsibilities – from campaign creation and lead generation to performance analysis and client interaction. Key Responsibilities: Plan, design, and execute targeted email campaigns for prospects, partners, and clients. Draft compelling, personalized outreach emails to drive engagement and conversions. Analyze campaign performance (open rates, CTRs, conversions) and optimize based on insights. Conduct A/B tests to improve subject lines, email content, and CTAs. Segment email lists based on user behavior, demographics, and engagement metrics. Maintain clean, well-organized email databases for efficient lead generation. Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices in email marketing and automation. Initiate cold calls and follow-ups when required to generate leads and book meetings. Participate in occasional in-person client meetings and presentations. Requirements: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Familiarity with AI tools and prompting techniques is a plus. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. A proactive, self-starter attitude with a passion for startups and entrepreneurship.
