TJC are looking for a dynamic Email & SMS Marketing Strategist to lead our Email Marketing (IW) and SMS Marketing (IW & TJC) initiatives.
If you are passionate about data-driven campaigns, customer segmentation, personalization, and automation—this role is for you!
What you’ll do:
📩 Drive end-to-end email campaigns (promotional, lifecycle & triggered) for IW.
📱 Design and execute SMS campaigns to engage and retain customers.
⚡ Build automated journeys in Klaviyo (welcome, post-purchase, re-engagement).
📊 Optimize campaigns through testing, analytics, and performance tracking.
What we’re looking for:
✔️ 4–6 years of proven Email & SMS Marketing experience.
✔️ Hands-on expertise in Klaviyo.
✔️ Strong analytical mindset with creativity to match.
✔️ Knowledge of GDPR & compliance best practices.
