Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize sales-driven Google Ads campaigns with a focus on maximizing conversions and revenue.

• Manage Shopping Ads, Search Ads, Performance Max, and Remarketing campaigns to drive e-commerce sales.

• Ensure product feed optimization through Google Merchant Center to improve sales performance.

• Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics/Northbeam and deliver sales-focused actionable insights.

• Monitor ROAS, CPC, CTR, and other KPIs to achieve sales performance goals.

• Conduct A/B testing on ad copy, landing pages, and keywords to improve conversion rates.

• Stay updated on Google Ads algorithm updates, e-commerce trends, and emerging ad strategies.

• Create and present performance reports with clear, sales-driven recommendations.



Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Google Ads, including at least 6 months managing sales campaigns in e-commerce.

• Strong knowledge of Google Merchant Center, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager (mandatory).

• Hands-on experience with Google Ads Editor and Bing Ads.

• Proven track record of delivering ROAS-driven sales results.
