  • Campaign Strategy & Execution:Plan and execute targeted email campaigns aligned with overall marketing goals.
  • Content Creation:Write engaging and persuasive email copy, create compelling subject lines, and collaborate with designers on email templates.
  • Audience Segmentation:Segment email lists to deliver personalized and relevant messages to different customer groups.
  • Automation & Workflow:Set up and manage automated email workflows (e.g., welcome emails, milestone emails) using email marketing platforms.
  • List Management:Build and maintain high-quality subscriber databases and ensure proper list hygiene.
  • Performance Analysis:Track key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions to measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Optimization:Use data insights and A/B testing to refine campaign elements like subject lines, content, and timing.
  • Brand Alignment:Ensure all email communications reflect the company's brand voice and values.
  • Compliance:Adhere to email regulations and best practices to ensure legal compliance and good deliverability.
