Now, we’re on the lookout for an experienced Email Marketing Specialist with 2–3 years of expertise who can craft powerful campaigns that engage, convert, and drive ROI.

Your Role at DP Media:
- Plan, design, and execute email marketing campaigns from start to finish.
- Build and segment email lists for targeted campaigns.- Write engaging and conversion-driven email copy (newsletters, drip campaigns, product launches, promotions).
- Optimize subject lines, CTAs, and designs through A/B testing.
- Monitor campaign performance and analyze open rates, CTRs, conversions, and ROI.- Work closely with content and design teams to align email campaigns with brand voice and strategy.- Stay updated with email marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

What We’re Looking For:
- 2–3 years of proven experience in email marketing (agency/brand experience is a plus).
- Strong understanding of email automation platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, Active Campaign, or similar).
- Solid knowledge of list segmentation, personalization, and automation workflows.
- Strong copywriting and editing skills with an eye for design.- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.- Basic knowledge of email deliverability, HTML/CSS is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
