Job Title: Email Marketing Specialist – Oracle Responsys Location: Gurugram Experience: 4+ years About the Role: We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Email Marketing Specialist to join our Martech team. This role focuses on end-to-end campaign execution, advanced audience targeting, and optimization using Oracle Marketing Cloud tools, including Responsys, Unity CDP, and Infinity IQ. Key Responsibilities: Manage full campaign lifecycle: setup, data selection, rollout (excluding creatives), and reporting. Build customer segments using SQL and Oracle Unity CDP. Execute and optimize hyper-personalized email journeys. Monitor campaign performance and generate actionable reports via Oracle Infinity IQ. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and ensure campaign success. Required Skills & Experience: 4+ years hands-on experience with Oracle Responsys. 2+ Oracle Unity CDP implementations. Proficient in Oracle Infinity IQ for reporting and A/B testing. Strong PL/SQL skills for audience targeting and data manipulation. Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables and data analysis.
