Job Description

Responsibilities: Develop and execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns that include campaign planning, audience segmentation, email design, scheduling, testing, and deployment. Monitor and analyze campaign performance and generate detailed reports on key metrics to optimize future email strategies. Manage email databases for lead generation, ensure compliance with privacy laws, and maintain segmentation for targeted marketing efforts. Collaborate with other marketing team members to integrate email marketing strategies with other digital marketing efforts such as social media, SEO, and content marketing. Test different aspects of emails (such as subject lines, content, and CTAs) to improve engagement rates and campaign performance. Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in email marketing and adopt best practices to improve effectiveness. Manage relationships with email service providers and other software vendors to ensure tools and services effectively support our email marketing initiatives. Keyskills Strong knowledge of email marketing platforms such as MailChimp, HubSpot, or similar. Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics) and experience in data-driven strategy development. Preferred Skills: Experience with HTML/CSS and email design. Certification in Digital Marketing or Email Marketing. Experience in automated marketing campaigns and personalization strategies
